Brief summary of our Company’s history
- 2008/2009 LM Stålindustri plans and invests in two high technology machining
centres
- 2008 Acquisition of Lildal, and transfer of our engineering and design
departments to new premises
- 2008 A new assembly shop is built; and Lucernevej 67 is acquired, increasing
production area by 40%. Sales increase by 30%
- 2007 LM Stålindustri invests DKK 5m in a fine plasma-cutting system, a sheet
metal forming machine, a section rolling system, and other equipment. Sales
double
- 2006 Thomas Buhl and Erik Grave become partners in the Company
- 2005 Production is reorganised and optimised
- 2002 Thomas Buhl joins the Company as Production Manager
- 1997 Peter Bacher takes over LM Stålindustri
- 1995 LM Stålindustri builds new offices
- 1976 The production area is doubled
- 1974 LM Stålindustri moves to new production premises at Lucernevej 65, Randers,
in Jutland
- 1973 LM Stålindustri is founded by J Lildal A/S as a supplier of machinery for
the meat and bone meal industry
