Brief summary of our Company’s history

• 2008/2009 LM Stålindustri plans and invests in two high technology machining centres
• 2008 Acquisition of Lildal, and transfer of our engineering and design departments to new premises
• 2008 A new assembly shop is built; and Lucernevej 67 is acquired, increasing production area by 40%. Sales increase by 30%
• 2007 LM Stålindustri invests DKK 5m in a fine plasma-cutting system, a sheet metal forming machine, a section rolling system, and other equipment. Sales double
• 2006 Thomas Buhl and Erik Grave become partners in the Company
• 2005 Production is reorganised and optimised
• 2002 Thomas Buhl joins the Company as Production Manager
• 1997 Peter Bacher takes over LM Stålindustri
• 1995 LM Stålindustri builds new offices
